Order Formation

Your order is an offer. GLOSHIELD accepts it by sending a confirmation email, and only then does a contract exist. This protects you from being charged for something we cannot supply.

Pricing Errors

If a price is obviously wrong — a decimal in the wrong place, for instance — we will contact you before charging, and cancel with a full refund if you prefer not to proceed at the correct price.

Currency and Tax

Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is applied where required by the destination state and is itemized at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders leave within 1 to 2 business days. A tracking number follows by email the moment the carrier scans the package.

Payment Security

All charges are handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors. GLOSHIELD does not receive, store, or transmit full card numbers.

Returns Within 30 Days

Changed your mind, wrong size, not what you pictured — 30 days from delivery, return shipping paid by GLOSHIELD, refund to the original payment method after inspection. Email [email protected] to begin.

Items Excluded from Return

Anything customized to your specification or sealed for hygiene reasons and opened cannot be returned, unless it is faulty.

Warranties

Products carry any warranty offered by their manufacturer. Nothing in these terms limits rights that state consumer protection law gives you and does not allow us to waive.

Limitation

Our aggregate liability for any order is capped at what you paid for it, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
